billing and insurance
Giggle and Grow is considered an out-of-network provider with all insurance plans. Cash, credit card, FSA and HSA payments are accepted and are due at time of service.
Referrals
A referral from a physician is not required. Giggle and Grow will obtain a referral from physician, if necessary, once OT services are deemed necessary after the Initial Evaluation. If you have already obtained a referral from your physician, please send along with intake paperwork.

Giggle and Grow currently provides services to Montgomery County and Northwest Harris County (Tomball). Travel fees will apply to zip codes outside of the following 77355, 77354, 77375, 77377, 77362. Travel fee is $25/visit.

Oral restrictions that are left untreated can cause issues that extend far beyond infancy. While not all oral restrictions need to be released, targeted therapy to retrain oral motor patterns and improve airway health are imperative for the child’s future growth and development.

We offer private pay, concierge therapy services and are currently out of network with all insurance plans. We will provide superbills upon request. Families may submit this superbill to their insurance in an attempt for reimbursement.

The therapist will work with the family during the initial evaluation to come up with a recommended frequency and duration of treatment. The number of sessions is unique to each baby and family’s needs.
