Hi, I’m Alexis, the owner and founder of Giggle and Grow Occupational Therapy and Wellness, where I specialize in providing occupational therapy and feeding therapy services to infants from birth and beyond. I’m passionate about helping little ones (and their families!) navigate early challenges so they can move, feed, and flourish with confidence.

I’m a seasoned clinician with extensive experience supporting infants and families in both outpatient and home health settings. My advanced training includes infant feeding, oral tie rehabilitation and release, myofunctional therapy and its application to infants, torticollis, plagiocephaly, infant development, sensory processing, and lactation.

What truly sets me apart from other clinicians is my specialized expertise in myofunctional therapy and its application to infants. This unique training allows me to focus not only on feeding and motor skills, but also on supporting optimal craniofacial and respiratory development - helping each baby build a strong foundation for growth, wellness, and lifelong function.

When I’m not in the clinic, you can find me chasing my toddler, baking something delicious, spending time with family & friends or soaking up the outdoors with my husband and our sweet goldendoodle. I’m a devout Christian, lover of all things pink, very proud mom, dog mom, aunt, sister and daughter and believer that joy and connection are at the heart of every success, both big and small.
